At Dolk BJD, we strive for perfection in every doll and accessory; however, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer a dedicated return process within 7 days of delivery. Please note that due to the customized nature of Ball Jointed Dolls, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or aesthetic preference.

Return Process

  Inspection and Documentation

  Upon receiving your package, carefully inspect the doll and accessories for any shipping damage or manufacturing defects, ensuring you take clear photographs of the issues.

  Submit Return Request

  Contact our support team within 7 days of receipt with your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and the supporting photographic evidence.

• 3.
  Authorization and Shipping

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for securely packaging the item in its original collector's box.

• 4.
  Verification and Resolution

  After our workshop verifies the returned item, we will process your replacement or store credit within 10-14 business days, depending on part availability.
